Acceptable Use Policy for Fugoku Cloud infrastructure platform.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Fugoku Cloud platform and related services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Fugoku Cloud services to:
Illegal Activity
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitate or promote illegal activity of any kind
- Process or store data in violation of applicable data protection laws
Network Abuse
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any target
- Perform unauthorized network scanning or penetration testing
- Operate open proxies, open relays, or Tor exit nodes without prior approval
- Engage in IP spoofing or packet manipulation
Malicious Content
- Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious software
- Host phishing pages or fraudulent websites
- Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications
Resource Abuse
- Mine cryptocurrency without prior written approval from Fugoku
- Consume resources in a way that degrades service for other customers
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls
Harmful Content
- Host content that promotes violence, terrorism, or exploitation
- Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to authorities immediately
- Host content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
Fair Use
Fugoku Cloud services are designed for legitimate business, development, and production workloads. We expect customers to use resources in good faith. Excessive resource consumption that impacts platform stability may be subject to rate limiting or account review.
Monitoring and Enforcement
We do not proactively monitor the content of your servers or data. However, we may investigate when we receive complaints, observe abuse indicators, or are required to by law.
Enforcement actions may include:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of affected resources
- Permanent termination of account
- Reporting to law enforcement where required
We aim to provide notice before taking action, except in cases of severe abuse that require immediate response.

To report abuse originating from Fugoku Cloud infrastructure, contact us at:

Include relevant details such as IP addresses, timestamps, and description of the abuse. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
